Song for Marlène

The Argentinian guitarist Claudio Camisassa's Song for Marlène is a plaintive little piece, 54 bars in length and suitable for the Intermediate player. It is tuneful throughout, the air of melancholy never becoming maudlin and is very attractive, its simplicity in construction being part of the charm. A lovely gem of a piece.
