This is a pleasant, easy-on-the-ear, jazz-inspired guitar solo suitable for the grade 6 player, which begins life with a fairly lengthy slow part which sounds best if played quite «liberal« with the idea of the title being kept in mind. A rhythmically stricter and more exciting section is suddenly encountered around a third of the way through the work and this is where most of the interest in this piece lies. (...) Overall this composition would be ideal material for informal recitals, student concerts, restaurants, etc. The presentation is excellent. Steve Marsh (Classical Guitar Magazine)
