Dénouement

Here is an evocative piece in ballad style from Nathan Kolosko's imaginative pen. It uses open harmonies on the instrument to produce a rich texture under a sparse melodic line. The center section breaks up related material into flowing lines that surge forward more energetically before ebbing back to a closing based on the opening. The structure is well crafted into an organic whole. The piece is idiomatic, lying well under the fingers, although there are some moderate extensions for the left hand.
