FERNANDEZ Marcelo

Marcelo Fernández (Buenos Aires, 1969) graduates from the conservatory Alberto Ginastera from Buenos Aires with the degrees of Superior Composer and Guitar professor. He had made extra studies with Eduardo Isaac and participated of master classes dictated by Jorge Martínez Zárate, Miguel Ángel Girollet and Pablo Márquez.

Since 1995 he conforms a guitar duet (Fernández – Russo) who plays  own compositions and arrangements of argentinian folk music, with which has made several concert tours and master classes in Argentina, and some european countries as Spain, Sweden, Norway Denmark, Belgium, Germany, etc.

He also teaches in music conservatories of dependent from General Direction of Education and Culture from the province of Buenos Aires, dictating Harmony, Guitar, Camera Music and Counterpoint classes.
